Public distribution of the app can only be done with our consent. This text describes the ways we collect, store, use, and manage the information, including personal information. Please note that we are not responsible for the actions of third party people or companies, the content of their sites, the use of information you provide to them, or any products or services they may offer. Any link to those sites does not constitute our sponsorship of, or affiliation with those people or companies. By using our App, you are expressing your agreement to this Policy and the processing of your data, including your personal information, in the manner provided in this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please unistall our App and don't use it. Ability to Accept. By installing the App you affirm that you are over thirteen (13) years of age. If you are between the age of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years then, prior to installing the App, you must first review this Agreement with your parent or guardian to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand its terms and conditions and agree to them. Your Use of the App. Commercial use of the app is only allowed with registering to PRO version of the app. Please contact us for more information at 'contact@bipr.fr'. Your use of the App is at your own risks. By using it, you acknowledge that you have been warned about possible injuries caused by running or cycling while playing our Game. So please do it carefully and be sure not to overwhelm your limits. We also advise you to get a medical advise before you start doing any physical activity. Information Collection and Use There are two types of Arcade Fitness accounts : client accounts which are used for in app services availability (acess to all levels or multiplayer playing for example), and user acounts which are used to follow your game progress and performances. You need to identify to your client account with your mail address and to your user account with your pseudo. We collect information as described below. Our primary goals in collecting and using information are to create your account, provide Services to you, improve our Service, contact you, and create reports for internal use. We store information you gave us such as mail address, year of birth, country, first name, name, password (stored encrypted with SHA512 algorithm), company, address, gender, functional threshold power (or average running speed for 1 hour) on servers located in France operated by "1 And 1" and may store information on servers and equipment in other countries. When playing online, your score will be published on our webpage together with your user pseudo. You can decide whether your name and firstname are displayed online or not when you create your account. After account creation, you can change this setting by asking us per mail at 'contact@bipr.fr'. In this case, your name and firstname will disapear for both past and future workouts. You have the right to delete one or all the workouts you did, please ask us per mail 'contact@bipr.fr'. Please note that even if one of your workout will be deleted, your personal game statistics will remain unchaged unless you decide to completelly reset your user account. If you don't want your results to be published, we advise you to play offline or choose a pseudo with which you cannot be personally identified. Crashlytics [Only on Android version] Our App automatically collect certain information that does not personally identify End Users who access our mobile application that use the Crashlytics Services. This information includes, but is not limited to, device state information, unique device identifiers, device hardware and OS information, information relating to how an application functions, and the physical location of a device at the time of a crash. We also enabled certain features of the Services that collect additional information that does not personally identify End Users who access or use mobile applications that use the Services. This information includes, but is not limited to, information relating to how an End User uses our application. Google Play Services [Only on Android version] We need to use your mail adress linked with your Google account in order to maintain record of your purchases. Please note that you need to be connected to internet to get access to all your purchases while playing our Game. Google Play Game Services [Only on Android version] We need to use your mail adress linked with your Google account in order to save your game progression, best scores, and achievments. Please note that you need to be connected to internet while playing our Game to save your game progression. By using the App, you agree that your scores linked with your Google account are published online on Google Play Games and on our website : https://bipr.fr Workout Files You have the possibility to enter your mail address and receive your ".fit" file per mail after each workout. Your mail address will not be stored in any database but we use our generic mail address in order to send you the file. Strava Upload You have the possibility to link the App with your Strava account and activate Strava automatic workout upload. You can deactivate this option by unchecking the corresponding box in the Settings menu. List of installed applications [Only on Android version] We have to get access to the list of installed applications on your device to ensure compatibility with ANT+ communication protocol and with Bluetooth Flic buttons. This information is not communicated to third parties or stored in a database. Bluetooth Access [Only on Android version] We need to access Bluetooth functionality and for this purpose to coarse location (on Android) to ensure compatibility with external sensor such as Xiaomi Mi bands, Garmin watches, Bluetooth footpods, Bluetooth bike trainer or Flic Buttons. We may release your information as permitted by law or when we believe that release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our rights; or protect the rights, property, or safety of us or our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection. Security The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Hacking and cheating We reserve the right to block, change or remove any account suspected of hacking and/or cheating. Each user account is personal and should only be used by the account owner. Cooperation with multiple people playing on the same account is considered cheating. Each client account should only be used inside the same familly or company. Changes to the Policy We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time. In this case, we will post those changes through a new version of our App. This will inform you that our Policy has changed. If you continue using our App, this will mean you agree with our new Privacy Policy. Data Modification and suppression You have the right to modify or delete your personnal information. If you want to modify or delete information connected to you, please send us an email at contact@bipr.fr and we will do our best to process your request within reasonable time. Please note that we don't have the possibility to delete information (such as workouts, scores achievments...) that has already been transmitted to third party services (Strava, Google Play, Google Play Games, Crashlytics...). If you want to delete or modify information on third party services, please look at their own Privacy Policy and ask them directly.
